Under our contractor’s license (CPC), we can legally perform pool maintenance — however, we currently focus only on repairs, renovations, inspections, and equipment upgrades.

It’s important to understand the difference:

• CPC (Certified Pool Contractor): A state license that requires years of in-field training, schooling, and testing. A CPC can legally perform repairs, renovations, equipment installations, and maintenance.

• CPO (Certified Pool Operator): A short certification course focused on water care and maintenance. It is not regulated or required in Florida, and most CPOs cannot legally perform repairs or install new equipment.

So while we don’t provide routine cleaning services at this time, we are licensed and trained at the highest level to handle everything from leak detection to full renovations.

Yes! We frequently partner with realtors to provide pool inspections for buyers and sellers. Our detailed reports help identify needed repairs or upgrades before closing.

Yes. All equipment and most services are covered by manufacturer and/or workmanship warranties. Full details are explained during your estimate.
