We offer both basic and comprehensive inspections — each one includes a leak detection plus a full check of your equipment, surface, plumbing, and safety features. Whether it’s your own pool or part of a home purchase, an inspection gives you clear answers before little issues become big problems.

  • Basic Inspection: Our Certified Pool Inspector checks all aspects of the pool and includes a basic leak detection.

  • Comprehensive Inspection: Includes the full inspection plus a complete leak detection for added peace of mind.

Leak Detection – $350–$400

  • Preformed by experienced technician

  • Check all pool equipment

  • Pressure test lines

  • Dye test returns and lights

  • Dive the pool (in most cases) to reach all areas

  • Minor repairs may be applicable
